Bike ride

So I am doing this bike ride for charity in July and think I really need to start some earnest training. Music Train doesn't start until next week, so I thought I would take advantage of that and the nice weather and go for a ride around the villages of St. Paul's Walden, Preston and Gosmore.

Obviously I took the boy along with me for company. Blimey is he heavy these days? But his running commentary did make me smile most of the way round. I will be interested to do the same route again without him and see how much quicker I go.
