Tulip

As I've said already, I love tulips, and I'm loving the ones I see on blip. We really struggle with them here as the deer love them as much as I do. Mr C erects wire netting around all my pots to be removed after the buds are open - the deer seem to love the succulent new growth.

I'm upping the tempo at the gym as I really need to be fitter for our holiday near Ullapool - our friends want to climb a Munro. I'm not convinced An Teallach is the best choice for a first Munro but our guide (Mr C) thinks it will be a memorable experience. (?) We did it in cloud about 15 years ago so it would be nice to see the scary drops - not.

Now, back to the Vietnam book which is coming on nicely. If I'm quick I'll catch a good discount.
