Lights out

Too late in leaving work and with no image taken for the day this qualifies as an emergency blip. I posted a shot of this back on the 3 February this year when Bruce Munro's Field of Light first made its appearance in St Andrew Square. Time and British daylight saving have caught up with it and it is due to end on the 28 April.

It looks completely different in the daylight, like an unseasonal blizzard of snowballs stretching out over the square. The best views of it when it is lit up at night are probably from the cafe at the top of Harvey Nicks. If you can afford to pay their prices.
