Blue Twin was pleased he had his new roman soldier friends with him when a giant killer cat arrived on the scene.... (although I'm not sure she'll fit in the red net)...



Today we all went to London. Mr KC realised his passport was due to expire in a couple of months but is due to go to the Middle East in January & needed 6 months left on it... so he made a 4 hour turnaround appointment at the passport office and off went to London on the train. We managed to fit in lunch, a ride on a carousel in Leicester Square & a trip to Hamleys (do not recommend it - was heaving).... The children all got to spend the £5 that Grandpa popped in their Christmas cards (he's helped buy a Wii too!). Girls chose books & Blue Twin chose Playmobil roman soldiers. As I forgot my Playmobil family when we went to London I was setting up a Blip when Rosie decided to get in on the act. I know it's not in focus but it's funny....

We thought we had a bad trip home, should have taken 45 minutes but took us 2 hours longer. Including 1 hour 40 minutes to drive 12 miles.. seems we got off lightly compared to some....
