Market Scale #7
A break in style for my market scale series (as well as timing as I have already posted one this month). This scale captured on my usual walk through the market area was just too good to pass up and demanded to be shown in full color. I saw the limes being weighed when my back was against the blue wall, but the images shot that way were cluttered and unremarkable. As I walked away and looked back, lamenting that it should be a better photo, I saw the blue wall background and stopped dead in my tracks. I thought it the perfect compliment to the vivid green of the limes. When I crouched to get a better angle and the shafts of light lined up into this composition, I knew I had my shot for the day.
