Getting in the swing of the holidays

Spent the morning"hacking" the new TV for the back room. I picked up an LG LCD telly from Richer sounds. Most of these have a USB socket - for "service".

A bit of searching on the internet, I managed to find way to "downgrade" the firmware, get into service modes, enable the USB, and then upgrade the firmware again.

So the telly now plays videos directly from hard drives and USB sticks plugged into the side of the telly.

Headed into town with Mozo and Aldomak for a nice lunch. It must be nice to do lunch regularly.

Evening, went out to deliver Chirtmas cards. Sunno why K couldn't just put stamps on them. Gave up half way round as the snow was freezing again and was slipping everywhere.
