A Couple Visited Jerusalem...

The Easter flowers that still remain up at the altar at my church drew me to them this morning.

This morning there was a visiting priest who told us this story during his homily:

"There was a couple visiting Jerusalem when the wife died. The man was told that  burials and funerals  could be arranged for between $800-$3400.

He asked how much it would cost to send  her back to their homeland, the US?  

The man was told, "$3200."

The man asked, "You had a resurrection here once, didn't you? "  
When  he was told that they did, he responded with with, "Ship her home, I don't want to take any chances."

Laughter ensued.
