Growth

Despite the cold temps and brutal winds, I have found that my plants are, indeed, growing. I first noticed my hostas popping through the earth, and yesterday, I noticed this beautiful crocus. My thoughts were... "take that Mother Nature, things are growing without your help!". At least it gives me something pretty to look at, and gives me hope for warmer temps.

We ate Colby's turkey for dinner tonight, it was delicious! Crockpot all day with a new recipe (OJ, Cranberry sauce, Onion soup packet), it was tender and full of flavor. Mom and Dad joined us, as they had spent the day in Westbrook at Cheryl's surprise party. Thanks Colby for providing us with dinner!
