Anyone for bingo..?

Spent 2 hours on the phone to HMRC trying to sort out some tax problems for the Development Company. Got it sorted in the end, and got the wages paid..

Went down to the croft with some vegimesh to cover the brassicas. Have spotted some cabbage whites about, and this will prevent an infestation of caterpillars..

Then went down to the lodge and sowed some carrots, 6 varieties, beetroot, 3 vars, and planted onion sets.. Still waiting parts for the tractor before I can rotorvate, harrow, and plant potatoes, carrots and parsnips.. (and the rest of my seeds!)..

A beautiful day again, radio said temps reached 22 in parts of the NW, but my thermometer only shows 14 deg in the shade.. It did stay above 10 last night..

Mum is still in hospital, and sounded very week on the phone. She's had a Dr and student inspect her today, and been doing some exercises with the physiotherapist. It's worn her out.. Less than two weeks now before I see her..

Won some salmon in a raffle and arranged for it to go to my brother in Gloucester. He'll get some to her..

Went out with camera and macro lens to get some pictures on sycamore buds opening, but it was too windy. These sheep were just over the hill in the next croft.. Cooling down now, and you can see their breath!!..
