Book club

I haven’t been to a meeting since January, as we were away on holiday, so there should be a big pile of books to return!! But no.

Light between Oceans was recommended by Charlie17, a book which needs peaceful time, no interruptions and possibly a tissue or two. Really good!!!

I haven’t finished the Kate Atkinson book, as I’ve been so busy. It jumps back and forward in time. I haven’t quite got the gist of the underlying message yet!!

I have read two others which were returned earlier so are not in the picture. Leaving the World by Douglas Kennedy & The Message by Julie Highmore, both excellent reads.

Anyhow, the meeting is tomorrow afternoon and as tomorrow will be busy I’m blipping these now.
