Concoction..

This week is turning out to be very busy, in all senses, in all manners.....busy.

The high and lows of life, the meat, the juice, the whole human gamut of existence. Taking a moment or two to reflect upon everything is crucial, let it soak in, make it real....even if it hurts. The joy is real too, it's so easy to become enslaved by the sharpness of the painful stuff that you forget to smile, but memories are full and joyful.

The stillness of the river soothed my heart and soul this morning....its quiet calm a salve to my being. I wonder at how people feel and deal with the world when they speed about as they do...not much time to sort things out when life's frantic. I've been there and your heart becomes cluttered like the cupboard under the stairs, stuff just shoved in to be dealt with later...not good.

Another busy day ahead and no climbing wall this week as it's having all new routes put in...
