Good news in the end..

I didn't know that holly could be white, I found this on the dog walk today, I'm unsure if it changes with age as was on a variegated plant.

I was flying high on endorphins and 45 minutes of loud dance music after spinning today so stayed in the gym for an hour after with Nicki doing all sorts of hilarious weights and machines. Surprisingly no one else seemed to be having as good a time as we did! Shopping and a beautifully sunny dog walk ended up legging it across the park in my summer dress and sandals to get back in time for Nicki to collect me. We went off to hospital in our guise as the spirits raising squad to see our lovely friend. I think we pulled it off.

4 children and 2 dogs after school meant the park was our only option in the sunshine. Right at the end of the day I got the news that my friend had been allowed home, brilliant.
