Seeing the light

Second day of the Shingo training course. This morning the delegates spent a couple of hours on the shop floor collecting evidence and talking to people.
After lunch they then collated all the evidence they had been collecting and presented their findings back to us. It was very enlightening. Most of the positives they discovered we already knew but where they marked us down was a bit of a surprise but something we can work on.
This is one of the delegates sharing the info they had collected. It seems the course went well with everyone learning something and seeing the light / benefits of the Shingo lean model.

Bit of a shoehorn blip for this weeks challenge on LIGHT but as we are away at the weekend might be the only chance.
