Healthy Options?

Took mum for her regular check up at Ninewells today. Welcome to the future. Most of the busy waiting room at the Eye Clinic were over 80.... And it's the same every time I go there!

Wandered off for a coffee at the cafe and this was the choice I had for something to accompany the coffee:)

At last, on the waiting list for a cataract and the eye injections are working in the other one! These two words make me shiver:(
