Bluebell Wood, Trelleck, Nr Monmouth

A nice day so a country walk was the order of the day. We had made arrangements to collect my son James two dogs, 8year old Bambi and 1 year old pup Honey. They eagerly jumped in the back of my two seater diesel Smart car.

The walk we decided on starts at Trelleck Village Hall (4 miles outside Monmouth) which we have done many times over the years, and knew would pass through a wood that is packed with Bluebells at this time of the year.

The blip photo shows my wife in the Bluebell wood trying to coax Honey who was sat down and didn't want to move! The circular walk is about 6 miles but the dogs must have covered twice that with all the running about they did!

I took advantage of the Blip life membership and pre-paid for the 365 book. This family snap will make a nice change to landscapes and such, that I normally post, to put in the 365 book, and bring back memories in years to come.
