Rainy River
It just goes to show that the weather here is nothing if unpredictable. yesterday the sun was splitting the sky and the temperature was tipping 21 degrees, today we didn't reach double figures and the rain returned, showery at first but more constant as the day wore on.
I loved the different shades of grey in this shot and the river, low and the timbers of the ponds exposed. Many of you know I love to shoot in monochrome and there was nothing else for it today. Again the main subject is Dumbarton Rock, she looks sinister here in the early early morning with the mist rolling up our river, I hpe you enjoy the shot....
