If the Lord is my shepherd, I must be a sheep

Today's pic is a still image from video footage I shot today using my usual Nokia phone. I should mention that the phone was mounted securely to the dashboard of my van, and only a pigeon, a few squirrels and a stray pedestrian were harmed during the making of the video.

As I've gotten older, one thing I've realised is that it's never a good idea to stick your head in a blender, no matter how tasty the milkshake looks. Another, equally important, thing is that if you are forced to do something REALLY boring on a regular basis, you can usually find a way to liven things up a bit.

In this case it's driving that's the offending activity. Sure, if I was whizzing round a racetrack, in a car I could afford to crash, that would be different, but my usual traffic-laden treks usually see-saw between mind-numbing and rage-inducing with very little in between. It's with this in mind that I installed the Beastmaster 3000 in my van, which is what I call my phone when it's in its Beastmaster 3000 phone holder. Its purpose is simple. To record every moment of my days' journeys in the hope that it will capture something interesting. A low flying plane, a stray gazelle, a sasquatch, nuns in a ferrari, all these things I've seen numerous times but was never able to capture on film, or digital media in this case. No more!
