Pickin' Strawberries

There are 2 farms near our house that offer "we pick, you pick" for strawberries. These folks chose the latter method for getting fresh strawberries for the weekend. The farmers put you into a cart and drive you to the field that's open on the day you come to pick. Last year, picking your own was about 25% to 30% the price of buying them already picked. I don't know the comparison yet for this year.
