Fresh Baked Banana Muffins

Here is part of our Saturday breakfast. When you camp with CycleDellic you go in style. A friend of mine recently retired as an engineer at Lockheed. He loves to bake. He has graduated from the local chef's school and baked four dozen muffins for our bike trip.
