Multicereal, Paysan or Campagne?
The bread flour I ordered arrived today. Happily I've found a company that does the French flours I'm particularly keen on, plus a very good range of other French food products. Delivery charges are reasonable and service has been very speedy so far.
So the big decision for today is which one to use first? I suspect the answer may be to do a batch bake with one of each, and freeze for later on.
