Bijou residence ?

We went on a whale watching trip this morning but unfortunately the whales weren't playing ball.  We did see some dolphins but they were too quick for me.  We also saw some turtles swimming around but again I only managed to photograph a couple and they weren't very clear.

So here we have a static shot of the first canning factory on the island. The fish processed were mackerel and tuna but it has not been in use for over 50 years.  We did walk down to the ruins once, walking down was fine but walking up again was quite a struggle as it was a long way.

We also saw a lot of cory shearwater birds today.  They stay at sea all day and only come ashore at night time when they make their strange calling sound.
