Happy Christmas

After a lovely Christmas meal (though I say it myself), we went for a walk over the fields behind the house to walk off a bit of the excesses of the day. It was still very snowy on the fields, although it was getting a bit slushy in places as the weather has now warmed up a bit. I managed to capture Adam and Ian throwing some snow chunks to each other but the flash has made the whole scene look very surreal - look at the shadows behind the snow chunks - what is that all about? They look as though they have been laid on top of the photo afterwards! Very strange effect.
