Chiropractor

I fell at work today (yes, 2nd time in 2 years). Nothing broken, but my back really hurt, so I headed to the chiropractor. He said the situation was so bad he even used his acupuncture needles. The way my back and neck cracked after that, I thought it would be heard on the other side of town!
