Doctor's orders

Doc told me to minimise my movements today. A picture of my bedroom ceiling wouldn't do, so here's another candle pics. I'm running out of things to photograph in my flat!
My back's slowly getting better. I still have to watch out when I move, but there are movements I couldn't do yesterday but that I can do today.
