After an early start & long day of travelling we finally arrived in Istanbul. What an incredible city with so much vibrancy & energy.

After dinner we strolled along the main city were there were so many people out & about but this lovely fruit stall in Taksim Square caught my eye

Who would have believed that just yesterday in this square there were police with plastic bullets & tear gas trying to stop protestors?
