A lovely workmate told me today his wife has been diagnosed with terminal lung cancer. As he sat telling me, the tears rolled down his face. They've been together since they were 16 and married at 18. He doesn't know what he will do without her.

There are no words that will help, I know that only too well. All I could do was listen to his heartbreak.
