Coco

I visited my daughter this morning for coffee and a catch-up and when I returned the foundations were even deeper than when I left. Clearly I have no building or engineering background and obviously no idea of what was required!

Today’s picture is of Coco a five-year old, very well behaved Springer Spaniel belonging to the man who owns the machinery. She does exactly what she is told to do and is seen here guarding one of his machines; when the machinery is moving she sits in the cab of another idle machine. During break times and other suitable times she is allowed to run around and also gets a biscuit along with her own drink.

The cats are not allowed out when work is in progress and Dougal in particular is very upset; he cannot understand what is happening. He sits at the back door or one of the windows looking out making loud meowing noises. Florence on the other hand, being a laid-back cat sleeps the day away in her upstairs bed.
