200 metres swim
10 mintutes treading water
Don weight belt, BCD (with tank), regulator, mask, snorkel and fins
Sink to to the bottom of the pool and perform various tasks including alternate air-supply and mask cleaning.

I was rather hoping he'd take a shot when I wasn't manually inflating my BCD.
