Walk on By
Most of us recognise the calming effect of a walk by the river or along a beach. Victorian doctors used to prescribe the "sea air" as a cure for an assortment of aches and ailments.
Much has been written and researched about the value of green space to our health and well being, maybe we could all do with learning a little more. The canal was quiet today at this spot, a really nice place to take a break and begin our dreams for the future.
