Important Decisions

This week will be a week of important decisions and getting it right, sometimes the thought of that makes everyone feel just a little too anxious. So we spent today planning the last of the outstanding items needing to be done.

So I took Paulo's advice and spent some time in the garden. The colours are starting in earnest now, although not much chance to show them off to their best in this drizzly rain we've had all day. Trying not to be too disheartened, I'm thankful that at least there is a burst of colour in the wet garden - I think this poem helped too.

Oh The Colors Of Nature

Oh the red pedals
Under the blue sky
Above the green grass
Forever nigh
Give me the orange sunshine
With the red sky
Give me the grey morning
To view with brown eyes
Give me all of nature's colors
To imprint on my soul
