Fishy Dinner

Whilst in work I helped a familiar guest with Star Wars product and showed him the latest exclusive action figures which he loved and ended up buying all four and two matching shoppers, not bad for someone I mostly guest served over the phone!

After work I met Ali in the pub and we had a drink before saving a table at Super Miss Sue for a fishy dinner. Before our table was ready we went up to Ali's for piña colada and chocolate eggs, most of which we ate, some of which were thrown out the window!

Once it was time for dinner we headed back downstairs to SMS and relished in the delicious smells of the restaurant. We ordered crab croquettes and sweet potatoes with pesto to start which we shared and then Ali had the tuna brioche burger with green tomato relish and I had scallops on ribs with truffle honey glaze. We shared some of the crispy fries with mayo and ate every last scrap of food!
Ali had never had crab before and she said it was the best bit of the meal, pleased to have witnessed the first taste and happy that she is a lover of crab even if only with mashed potato!

After the meal we went back to Ali's for more colada and chats before I caught a cab home.

Today I am grateful for super tasty fishy food and excellent company for a lovely evening.
