Angel Cake

I took Jenny to London for the day to celebrate her Birthday. It's a step up from giving blood I think!

We had a day of firsts. We went to Portobello Market & perused the leather jackets & collections of old cameras, we enjoyed rainbow cake & salted caramel cupcake at the Hummingbird Bakery (which was oh so delicious & sickly), we tasted all the fine foods of Camden & witnessed all the fascinating things there are to see there (of which there are many), we wandered around Selfridges, salivating over all the shiny things, & had a scent made to match our personality (which included an extensive questionnaire & a surprisingly accurate personality lowdown from the lady in the booth who shall be known as the 'scent prescriber'). It was fascinating & the scents were pretty spot on. I'd buy mine! We rounded off the day with a trip to Soho & dinner in the hubbub that is Chinatown.
