Foreshore Outing

A lovely day for a walk along the Swan River. This is the Coode Street jetty - not very exciting by jetty standards but is a popular hang out point for a number of the local birds. There were gulls, crested terns and a darter all hanging out on the jetty when we turned up. To the left you can see a row of catamarans for hire - a lot of fun to be had! Although I'm still yet to actually do this! It's getting a bit chilly now - wouldn't like to end up in the river with the temps we've been having lately...
