This is a shot of the carrot cake that I made for the tea party my mother-in-law had this afternoon - for her 70th birthday. I LOVE this carrot cake. It is a Pret-a-Manger recipe and the only cake I could eat every day... I brought a slice home for tomorrow after work - lovely with a cup of tea! :-)
