Ta-daaaa!

The clematis flowers have opened out! When we left home on Friday they were thinking about opening, but hadn't quite committed to it.

It is really cold today - I was thinking sympathetic thoughts about the folk running the Belfast marathon, including some people from school. So I have remained indoors and have spent the day writing cards for my sixth form 'leavers' and trying to finish off the bookmarks I'd started. Success! I've nearly finished, just the wrapping paper to print!

I've also got our evening meal in the oven, so all is well on planet Cygnus. Nearly time for a nice glass of chilled NZ Sauv Blanc :)
