Mono Monday...Selfie

Whose idea was this? I'm to that point in life where I don't like to have my picture taken, and I especially don't want to do selfies. But...Paladian is hosting the day, and she chose the selfie. Thanks to her for her time, and dedication.

I had just finished a 5+ mile hike, and was having a "moment" with my new backpack. "Was it good for you? Do you ever get bored with your cords? How do you like the position on my back? Did I spill any water on you? Would you rather be a more colorful pack? Any sharp edges in there? Are you just full...or are you stuffed? Do you mind me yelling at you...ZIP IT? With all your pouches...do you feel like a kangaroo?" Those kind of questions.

Using my self-timer, I took quite a few pictures. All bad. I did have one that was more of a come-hither look. But...to be honest...my come has gone, and my hither has left in a dither.

Isn't the new pack a beauty? I'm trying to decide what to call her, and I would be open to any suggestions.
