Sausages

I have to be careful how I phrase this given that I've spent a couple of evenings under canvas with a group of men, but the last couple of days have been a total sausage fest.

It's been wall-to-wall meat wrapped in a variety of buns. I've been trying to shift a few pounds by eating better lately, so it's been something of a naughty treat, but totally worth it.

Why is it that even the most basic of cooked food tastes better when you're camping?!

Oh, we didn't catch any fish (beyond a couple of minnows and two unwanted eels). Disappointing trip from that point of view, but a cracking weekend otherwise spent in good company!
