Heidi's miniature park

Heidi made this with Mum for her weekend homework challenge. It is a miniature park complete with roller coaster (dried seaweed from Sark holiday), a swing, a very important (according to H) litter bin, a limpet shell pool with sea glass, picnic rug, little trees and a little house complete with ladybird.

Very sunny day again today, I started off with spinning and a gym session ( completely overridden by the bo jangles dark orange chocs I am now consuming at a rapid pace) then took the dogs out, collected Heidi and went to gymnastics. Mandy the gym teacher did Heidi a very smart ponytail with a pink ribbon which of course she sat perfectly still for and was so enamoured of that we went to the haberdashery shop and bought a lot of ribbons. Let's see what happens tomorrow. Heidi had parents evening today and according to mrs b she is a model pupil at school, kind and well behaved. In her work book there was a page that said, inside the heart shape draw all the people you love, guess who was missing?? I said, Heidi why isn't mummy in the heart, you didn't fit was the matter of fact reply. Great, get back to the gym then.
