Blue for a blues gig

An evening at The Barbican to see The Robert Cray Band. Fantastic gig. I was very pleased that they had the Hammond Organ going - love the sound they make plus I think it's pretty cool how (Mr Hammond) essentially invented a cheap way of getting the sound of a pipe organ. I also like the way that he essentially invented this for poor churches, but I know the instrument from its use by blues musicians, who, of course, reputedly sold their souls to the devil.
