At lunchtime, I wanted to go for a run, but only had a short time. The canal is further away now, so I decided to use the almost deserted nature of the walkways as an excuse to do some speed training. I ran one side, jogged the next, ran, jogged the final side, then down the steps to the ground floor, jogged around the church marooned in the middle of a sea of brick and concrete, back up the stairs and around again x 4

Not scenic but an effective workout.
