It's him again.
I've always wanted cool shots of wild animals, but have never really managed to get myself in the right place at the right time. I guess this one comes part of the way there at least.
This little guy was the subject of an earlier blip and since then he has become increasingly tame. He's there every morning to make sure that I don't forget to put out some food and he now hangs around the back door while I'm pottering around. He's even got used to the click and whirr of the camera.
It's nice, but it does feel like a bit of a cheat. Not only is he happy to be around, but there's a real feeling of bribery...
"here you go mate... take a handful of birdseed... and I'll have your picture... thank you very much!"
Anyway, wasn't troubled for too long. Got so many pics that I asked the daughter to choose. She decided on an profile image with all the red breastedness showing - but I eventually opted for this one. Shows off the good insulation he's got - and by the looks of the thermometer he'll need it today!
