Silver Fleece.
Another cold morning (-9C when we set out for a walk) and the air was crisp and fresh. Loved the way the frost had formed on the wool on the fence. It looks even better in big.
Lots more pics of the fields around the village - and some of the icicles that had formed as the water ran down the sides of the old railway line. It's normally too dark to use a long lens here. The line was blown out of rock and it sits well below ground level so flash is about the only way you can get a picture that works. Not today though. The light was reflected back onto the walls from the snow. Perfect!
