Black Headed Grosbeak

Today I saw the first Black Headed Grosbeak. Most of the time we see the Evening Grosbeak so it's a treat to see this one in our yard. It's not a good photo, but you can still see how colorful and pretty this birds with strong seed eating beaks are. It was a nice day and I enjoyed sitting outside for a little while with the sun on my back, trying to get a shot of this guy.

Tomorrow is a busy day, but today was nice and quiet.
