Emerging 'Dopey' Rhododendron flower

Back in March I bought a Dwarf Rhododendron, which was my contribution to the garden. It is now beginning to slowly emerge, which for me is a beautiful stage.

Some info about this plant:
A deep red yakushimanum hybrid with long-lasting flowers with dark spots in upright firm trusses in May to June. It has a compact habit with dense light green foliage. One of the 'Seven Dwarfs' series. Height 80-100cm in 10 years.

I shall no doubt blip again as it flowers more fully.
