Coffee Cupping

Spending time in Marin County, CA with some fine coffee aficionados at Boot Coffee. Here Jodi is preparing our SCAA approved cupping with 8 different coffees, 5 cups of each, making a total of 40 cups of coffee to slurp and grade in 10 different categories! It was great fun, rather noisy with all the slurping, and all agreed that the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Kochere was the stand out coffee of the 8. Now I just need to make arrangements to source it so we can all enjoy this treat at Buon Giorno.
