A sunny day

I met a friend for a coffee this morning, except I had a chai latte (with soya milk) and it was delicious. It is a lovely sunny day today although very windy, and all the remaining blossoms on the trees are now lying on the ground, looking a bit messy as the wind swirls them around everywhere.

I do love the weather at this time of year - it is unfortunate that the start of summer always coincides with exam time. Luke and Adam are working rather hard for the swiftly approaching A level exams. I find it all a bit stressful and I am not even writing them!

I noticed this lovely scene driving home after meeting my friend. You can see all the buttercups in the field.
