There may be trouble ahead

Following on from yesterday's blip I have now got everything ready to support my friend Mark with his 40 mile run tomorrow.

I very much hope all of it stays in the box/bag.

If he needs all of this lot he will be in trouble......

We won't need it. Mark has trained well.
It's going to be a fun day.
