Photo Friday!

There is a art display up in Manchester Cathedral depicting the Passion of Christ, one picture shows Jesus just after he had been taken down from the cross....I heard a little voice:

Daddy....daddy.....who's that man daddy? DADDY, who's that man?
That's Jesus.
He looks poorly, is he poorly daddy?
Well er, yes he is.
He looks like a man. Was Jesus a man?
Yes he was a man.
But he was a baby. Jesus was a baby wasn't he daddy.
Yes he was a baby, but he grew up to be a man.
Oh...........I thought he was just a baby.

We heard his voice asking all sorts of brilliant quirky questions all over the cathedral, what a great little chap he was.

I love going on my Friday Photo jaunts with Kathymay, we have such a laugh. We met up today and headed to the Cathedral cafe first for a spot of lunch though. They do a rather tasty toasted sandwich and then we decided to supplement one of our five a day...Kath with carrot cake and me with strawberry cake. I have to admit though, we were both beaten by the cake and had to leave half. There is a first time for everything ha ha ha.

We decided we had to get our cameras out eventually so we had a wander round the cathedral and then headed to St Ann's church...trying to walk lunch off! There was a very helpful man there who was enthusiastic about about his church....I made the mistake of saying we had just come from the cathedral though....Ooooh we don't talk about that place. I only mentioned it once, but I think I got away with it, Pike.
