My first solo paddle!

Decided to go on the canal Exeter - where J has been taking me as I knew it. Was just so amazing to be gliding through the water parallel with a swan or two, listening to a song thrush and just enjoying being outdoors. It was also great to just focus on practising my forward stroke and being totally in the moment. Happy weekend all!
