Absolutely shuttered

Today has not turned out as planned. Morning of work whilst Anna danced. Home for lunch and afternoon of idle chat at J's football club's end of season BBQ.

Tonight was supposed to see us head out east to meet up with friends but I lay down for a nap around 5pm and have been incapable of moving since. This would be a really bad week to pick to be ill so I very much hope a goodnight's sleep will knock it on its head.

I hate cancelling stuff but I can tell how bad I feel as I don't even mind.
